Abstract

The several constitutional amendments promulgated in France in resent years enlarge the claims for "droits-participation" in political,and enhance the relationship between president and government,or the parliament and government.The amendments enlarge the local democracy,and develop the direct take-part-in democracy.These amendments restore ancient ways.
