Abstract

There are many factors that can influence teacher professionalism, one of which is subject teacher deliberations. Therefore, this study aims to influence subject teacher deliberations on social studies teacher professionalism in MTsN throughout Tanah Datar District. This research uses a type of quantitative research with the Ex-Post Facto method. Data collection technique with a questionnaire. The population is social studies teachers at MTsN throughout Tanah Datar regency. The research sample was taken using random sampling by means of a lottery system. Data analysis using linear regression. The results showed that subject teacher deliberations had an effect on the professionalism of IPS teachers at MTsN Tanah Datar Regency by 57.4%. So it can be concluded that subject teacher deliberations affect teacher professionalism.

选修课教师(MGMP)对教师职能的影响

影响教师专业化的因素有很多，其中一个因素就是教师的主体性思考。因此，本研究旨在影响坦拿达尔地区MTsN的科目教师对社会研究教师专业精神的考量。本研究采用一种定量研究与事后分析方法。数据收集技术与问卷调查。人口是Tanah Datar县MTsN的社会研究教师。研究样本采用摇号法随机抽样。数据分析采用线性回归。结果显示，科目教师审议对MTsN Tanah Datar Regency IPS教师的专业素养有57.4%的影响。由此可见，教师的主体性思考影响教师的专业化。
