Changing Preferences of Working Patterns in India: Pre & Post-COVID Scenario

Abstract

After the Coronavirus outbreak, the Indian government announced lockdowns limiting all unnecessary travel and asked employees to Work from Home (WFH). This led to mass home-working mode almost overnight and has provided a unique opportunity to study its impact. This research aims to understand how the attitude and preferences of the Indians have changed towards flexible working pre and post-COVID.
