Results: mBWAP proved useful as a good predictor of successful weaning and extubation in patients requiring long-term MV longer than 21 days, as well as in patients with respiratory disorders admitted to the respiratory ICU. Conclusion: Previous data for mBWAP are encouraging and deserve utilizing it as a predictor tool for weaning from MV in patients with COVID-19. Abstract
