This topic is directly related to conducting the educational process. Consequently, the current education system of teachers at this school level is briefly presented which underlines their insufficient pedagogical and teaching training. Then, the several efforts that have been made to resolve the issue of teachers’ incompetence are outlined and analyzed, as well as the ascertainments and proposals that emerged from the attempts to resolve the issue are presented and discussed. Abstract
