Results: Four topics were extracted: The objective of clinical practice training for nursing master degree postgraduates was not specific; the cultivation direction is not refined; the ability of clinical practice is weak; the research direction is not consistent with the required position. 从护理硕士生角度分析实施“双专业”培养模式的必要性
目的:了解护理硕士研究生临床实习培养的现状,探讨中国实施护理硕士研究生“双专业”培养模式的必要性。方法:采用现象学研究方法对10名护理硕士毕业生进行半结构化深度访谈,采用Colaizzi 7步分析法对数据进行分析。结果:提取出4个主题:护理硕士研究生临床实习培训目标不明确;修炼方向不精;临床实践能力较弱;研究方向与岗位要求不一致。结论:实施特殊的“双轨制”培养模式可以解决护理专业硕士研究生教育缺乏服务社会需求能力、研究生培养和专科护士培养中存在的“重科学、轻临床”培养现状和指导研究生职业生涯规划的有效途径,因此实施特殊的“双轨制”培养模式是必要的。
