Some companies in Indonesia initiate to develop the component of the lung ventilator to support other research institution therefore to minimize dependency from import product which is in the pandemic era the component such as flow meter and blower fan is difficult to get caused by stock limitation. In this paper we expose the process on development of three essential component part of the lung ventilator, i.e., respiratory flow meter (RFM), respiratory blower fan (RBF), and positive end expiratory pressure (PEEP) valve. Abstract

Development program of local ventilator component, respiratory flow meter (RFM), respiratory blower fan (RBF), and positive end expiratory pressure (PEEP) valve are the main part of contribution to support medical team during COVID-19 virus outbreak that start on March, 2020 in Indonesia. 印尼新型冠状病毒肺炎患者肺呼吸机的研制
本地呼吸机组件、呼吸流量计(RFM)、呼吸鼓风机(RBF)、呼气末正压(PEEP)阀的开发计划,是在2020年3月开始在印度尼西亚爆发的新冠肺炎疫情期间,为支持医疗团队做出贡献的主要部分。在Covid -19大流行时代,呼吸机成为治疗Covid -19患者尤其是重症患者的必需品。随着世界各地和印度尼西亚感染COVID-19的人数增加,对呼吸机系统的需求也大幅增加。在印度尼西亚,许多研究机构和大学已经开始开发应急呼吸机,以满足日益增长的需求。印度尼西亚的一些公司开始开发肺呼吸机的组件,以支持其他研究机构,从而最大限度地减少对进口产品的依赖,在疫情时期,流量计和鼓风机等组件由于库存限制而难以获得。本文介绍了呼吸流量计(RFM)、呼吸鼓风机(RBF)和呼气末正压阀(PEEP)这三个肺呼吸机基本部件的研制过程。这些部件的开发采用了标准的设计程序,并利用了一些设计软件,以获得最佳的设计结果。
