City as a Model of the Universe of Afterlife's Space in Russian, Slavic and other Foreign Fantasy

Abstract

The publication is a part of the cycle of our research articles on the Russian and foreign fantasy of the 20th and 21st centuries with the focus on the literary image of the universe of afterlife as a specific locus where the post-mortem human being (the human soul) dwells. In this article we shall concentrate in a more detailed way on the specifics and the role of the urbanistic (and other) landscapes of the universe of afterlife.
