Abstract

North Korea is attracting much political and social attention. Apart from this interest, however, there are many poverty classes in the country. They are socially marginalized and do not have enough resources or energy. Therefore, it is necessary to study how to help them for humanitarian purposes. As one of the most important elements in life in modern society is energy supply, this study focused on the potential of the small-scale photovoltaic system to provide power for the people.
