Abstract
This article deals with the crucial phenomenon of ethnic discrimination in Equatorial
Guinea. As a culturally and ethnically diverse country, Equatorial Guinea does not have
equal treatment, as other ethnic groups are discriminated against on a daily basis by the
majority Fang ethnic group in power, with some exceptions among the Fang population
itself. Their system of governance does not take other ethnic groups into account in the
management of the state or in the rewards of individuals. Therefore, the fight against ethnic
discrimination in Equatorial Guinea should not only be an obligation of the state, but also
an obligation of the entire population.
