ORGANISING THE ETHICS PROCESS IN THE ORGAN OF LEGISLATIVE POWER: THE US EXPERIENCE

Abstract

The search for ways to optimize the process of ethical regulation in the Ukrainian parliament necessitates the study of the experience of organizing such a process in a complex environment of legislators and politicians in other countries. The article is devoted to the analysis of the stages of formation of the process of ethical regulation in the US legislature, its ideological basis, structural elements, problems of functioning and ways to solve them.
