The research attempted to address the stigma in the minds of the employees, to accommodate transgenders at workplace. Results demonstrated that the co-worker and senior management support was influential in reducing the stigma of peers and helped in accommodating transgenders in the workplace. Using sensitization programs and creation of structural measures, the team succeeded in placing nine transgender employees in the textile unit. Abstract
