AUTOMATIC CONTINUITY OF DERIVATIONS ON $\sigma$-PRIME BANACH ALGEBRAS

Abstract

Conditions are given for a Banach algebra A with involution  which insure that every derivation on A is continuous. To do this, we define and study on a concept called  -primeness.
