Abstract

This paper discusses the design and testing of a new robust system for in-situ continuous monitoring of the lung's condition. The system is composed of a body worn medical sensor with an accompanying wireless body area network (BAN) for remote health monitoring. The lung sensor consists of 17 electrodes, and operates at 40MHz.
