Abstract

This paper intends to delineate some axes of critical reflection on the potential of television fiction in the construction of cultural memory and in the articulation of memory transference dynamics of on a transnational scale. In particular, this issue is addressed through the analysis of Narcos (2015), an original production of Netflix, a streaming television company with global reach.
