The data of the research, which is based on the theory of social exchange and the theory of conservation of resources, were collected from airline transportation companies operating in Istanbul. The sample of the study consists of 294 participants. The hypotheses of the research were tested with the help of the structural equation model-Amos and the bootstrap method. Findings revealed that perceived organizational support has a mediating role in the relationship between abusive management and psychological contract perception and job embeddedness. In addition, the findings provide a comprehensive assessment of how abusive management and psychological contract perception increase job embeddedness through increased perceived organizational support. Abstract
