Therefore,thisstudywasaimedtostudytheeffectofe-financeservicequalityonbankcustomers’ fintechloyaltyofusingthee-financeservicesinfuture.Primarydatawascollectedfrom412bank customersanditwasanalyzedusingthestructuralequationmodel(SEM)throughAMOS.Theresult revealedthatbothinnormaloperationsofe-financeserviceandrecoveryservices,thequalityof servicepositivelyinfluencesbankcustomers’satisfactionandtheire-loyalty.
