Discussion about the regulation of the Chinese oil resources

Abstract

Oil, as an important industrial raw material and strategic resource, plays an important role in social development and economic security of the country. This article, by analyzing the character of the ownership of Chinese petroleum resource and the exercise of its market, thinks that China should improve the legislations of the oil, perfect the supervising system, and then puts forward rational suggestions.
