Abstract

It proposed a new type of magnetic clutch structure--magnetic powder clutch with permanent magnet. The traditional design and calculation method for the magnetic powder clutch is insufficient accuracy, the electromagnetic field finite element method was used to simulate and calculation the magnetic powder clutch with permanent magnet. As a result, magnetic powder clutch with permanent magnet was proved to work well in energy conservation and reduction of energy consumption.
