These risk factors are often with uncertainty and ambiguity. Based on the above problems, this paper puts forward a comprehensive evaluation method of equipment risk based on fuzzy theory. The method uses fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish a fuzzy evaluation method which supports the expert opinion. Combined with the severity of the consequences of the malfunctions, the method of the risk level evaluation is proposed.
