Abstract

Southwest Oil and Gas Field mainly emphasis on natural gas development, especially gas well with high sulfur content makes station detection and evaluation of the safety of pipeline particularly important. This study use guided wave and phased array ultrasonic[1] testing technology to perform Nondestructive Detection of Pipeline for four South stations of Sichuan gas field, finding 381 defects, meanwhile providing a complete set of technology for gas pipeline nondestructive detection system.
管道加油站无损检测技术研究
西南油气田以天然气开发为主,特别是高含硫量气井,使得管道安全的站场检测与评价显得尤为重要。本研究利用导波和相控阵超声[1]检测技术对四川气田南四站管道进行了无损检测,发现缺陷381处,同时为天然气管道无损检测系统提供了一套完整的技术。
