The irritationtest was tested by using the acute dermal irritation method using rabbits and was declared safe and notirritating. 爪哇姜黄(Curcuma xanthorrhiza)和大豆(Glycine max L. Merill)是可以用来治疗面部皮肤的天然成分。本研究的目的是研制爪哇姜黄和大豆提取物的美白霜制剂。本试验采用爪哇姜黄提取物(浓度分别为1%、3%、5%和10%)和大豆提取物(浓度分别为5%和15%)组成4种乳膏配方。通过观察其在低温、室温和高温下的感官观察、pH值和均匀性,对速效面霜配方进行了为期1个月的稳定性试验,其中每个配方的物理稳定性为4周,pH平均为4.5-5.0,霜色无变化。采用家兔急性皮肤刺激法进行刺激试验,安全无刺激作用。有效性测试是通过将组合面霜应用于应答者并在使用面霜后使用Dermalab检查测量皮肤亮度来测量的。10%爪哇姜黄浓度和15%大豆浓度的组合霜在美白皮肤方面的L*评分最高。关键词:姜黄提取物;大豆种子提取物;奶油;皮肤lingkening
