Abstract

High-energy ball milling(HEBM) used for synthesize nano crystalline Calcium Titanate, CaTiO3 (CT) ceramic. X-ray diffraction(XRD), impedance and time domain analysis applied for characterization. Effect of grain conduction observed from complex impedance spectrum in the Nyquist plot by the appearance of one semi-circular arc. Various time response parameters have been calculated.
