Abstract
The article reveals the essence of the concept of "project activity", provides methodological techniques to make it accessible and attractive to participants in the educational process. The idea is substantiated that only through assistance in cooperation and co-creation in the “parent-child-teacher” system, it is possible to achieve effective results and develop the cognitive activity of younger students using the project method. The roles of adults (parent, teacher) in the implementation of student projects in elementary school are fixed while maintaining the subjectivity of the child.
