Abstract

During the individual ontogenesis the pulp cavity reduces in size, due to the permanent physiological production of secondary dentin. This results in changes of the morphological structures in the area. The primary focus of this study is the dental pulp, premolar and molar teeth. The methods applied are histological. We used different staining techniques as to visualize the studied objects. As a conclusion we have presented the differences between histological specimens of premolars and molars, as examined under a light microscope.
