A system-wide analysis of the essence of strategic management processes in the United States of America

Abstract

The relevance of the study is due to the lack of analytical and methodological materials in the Russian-speaking scientific field devoted to the analysis of strategic management processes. Today, the global world order is undergoing significant changes that require a timely and adequate response from us. For this reason, one of the most important factors for the success of the restructuring of the current system of strategic management of the Russian Federation is its timely response to the changes taking place in the West. To date, there is no understanding in the scientific community of how global cycles in the field of strategic management and planning should be synchronized. Each country sets a certain rhythm of processes, the analysis and accounting of which should allow us to respond in a timely manner to emerging threats. Due to recent events and given the importance of the United States in the ongoing confrontation between the Western countries and Russia, the focus of this kind of toolkit should be directed precisely at them. For this reason, the Author focuses on the analysis of the key components of strategic budget planning and strategic management.
