Abstract
The article deals with the problems of multicultural education of students of universities of culture and arts in the conditions of the modern socio-cultural situation. The purpose of the study is focused on substantiating the main directions for the development of the content of multicultural education in the context of training specialists in the arts in an educational environment that promotes interethnic interaction, the desire to understand other ethnic cultures.
