Five private college principals and 10 departmental faculty are chosen. A Principal, Instructional Management Rating Scale (PIMRS) and Self-Assessment Instrument for Teacher's Evaluation (SATE) interview protocol (SITE). Final theme analysis used 15 valid cases. Teachers had natural semi-structured interviews. Input, process, outcome, and teacher job satisfaction emerged. Principals' instruction made teachers happier.
