The method in this study uses proposive sampling. With this method, the number of samples in this study was obtained as many as 9 companies. The analytical tool of this study uses multiple linear regression. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the proportion of women in the board of directors, educational background of the board of directors and independent directors and compensation of the board of directors and managerial ownership on company value in goods and consumer sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2015 - 2019. 董事会多样性影响、董事会薪酬和董事会管理所有权对公司价值的影响
本研究旨在确定2015 - 2019年在印度尼西亚证券交易所(BEI)上市的商品和消费行业制造业公司中,董事会中女性比例、董事会和独立董事的教育背景、董事会薪酬和管理层所有权对公司价值的影响。使用的研究对象是2015-2019年期间在印度尼西亚证券交易所上市的商品和消费行业的制造公司。本研究采用正性抽样方法。通过这种方法,本研究的样本数量多达9家公司。本研究的分析工具采用多元线性回归。研究结果表明:(1)董事会的部分学历对公司价值有负向且显著的影响,独立董事对公司价值有正向且显著的影响,(2)女性董事比例、董事会薪酬和管理层持股对公司价值没有影响。(3)同时董事会女性比例、董事会学历、独立董事、董事会薪酬和管理层持股对公司价值有显著影响。
