The research methodology consists of the methods as follows: statistical, scientific abstraction, analogy, comparison, analysis, synthesis, graphic, tabular, systematization, generalization. The results of the research prove that the academic mobility of students is one of the effective methods of exchanging experience, knowledge and professional skills in order to increase the competitiveness of the future specialist and his ability to meet the requirements of the globalized labour market. In the course of the research, the problems of ensuring the academic mobility of students have been identified, namely: a low level of awareness of the possibilities of academic mobility, motivation and their financial capacity, the lack of interrelationship between the level of education and income, low rates of development of virtual academic mobility. Abstract

The purpose of the research lies in identifying the problematic aspects of ensuring academic mobility of students in the conditions of distance learning. 研究的目的在于确定在远程学习条件下确保学生学术流动性的问题方面。研究方法包括:统计方法、科学抽象方法、类比方法、比较方法、分析方法、综合方法、图解方法、表格方法、系统化方法、概括方法。研究结果证明,学生的学术流动是交流经验、知识和专业技能的有效方法之一,以提高未来专家的竞争力和满足全球化劳动力市场要求的能力。在研究过程中,确定了保障学生学术流动的问题,即:对学术流动的可能性、动机和经济能力的认识水平较低,教育水平与收入之间缺乏相互关系,虚拟学术流动的发展速度较低。考虑到乌克兰学生参加欧盟学术流动项目的人数呈下降趋势(2018年为969人,2019年为852人,2020年为1191人),建议加强学生获得双文凭的过程;形成高报酬就业保障机制;引进商业银行学术流动教育信贷项目。
