Abstract
The paper deals with twenty-two species and subspecies of tiger beetles of the Palaearctic Region, except the species of Romanian fauna. The specimens preserved in the collections of “Grigore Antipa” National Museum of Natural History, Bucharest has been reviewed.

In the present, the only language accepted for this journal is English. Every submitted manuscript is subject to peer-review, being reviewed by at least two peers qualified to evaluate it. Distinguished authorities form the international advisory board which guarantees the high scientific profile of the journal.
