Female ejaculation: who is going to sleep on the wet side of the bed?

Abstract

The subject of female ejaculation is debatable. Ancient Chinese, Indian and Greek books contain phrases that strongly point to the occurrence of female ejaculation. The referral to this subject continued through the years until Grafenberg described it in 1950. Views denying the occurrence of female ejaculation represent a minority while views confirming its presence depend mainly on subjective evidence. Controversy about the nature of the expelled fluid shows that some workers find it consistent with urine while others find it consistent with prostatic fluid. The current work is a trial to review the literature pertaining to female ejaculation to shed some light on this controversial subject.
