The comprehensiveness, accuracy and timeliness of businessdata based on health records on the platform play a crucial role in the effective provision of medical and health services. Abstract

面向智慧医疗的区域卫生信息系统研究与实现
目的:结合国内外智慧医疗信息化建设的实践,探讨医疗信息模型的发展,积累构建分布式、跨领域智慧医疗模型的技术,并寻求可行的解决方案。方法:通过对业务需求和现状的分析,采用UML统一建模语言定义视图,从多个方面建立智能医疗信息平台模型,指导架构设计和功能设计。结果:智慧医疗信息平台是区域医疗卫生信息化的核心系统,更加智能化的医疗卫生服务是医疗信息化发展的新思路。平台上基于健康档案的业务数据的全面性、准确性和及时性对有效提供医疗卫生服务具有至关重要的作用。在整个“智慧医疗”建设过程中,利用物联网技术智能采集居民健康数据,构建智能医疗信息平台和电子病历资源库、健康档案资源库、医疗专业知识库,推动居民健康一卡通应用一体化,加快远程医疗、移动医疗、预约挂号、健康管理、智慧社区卫生服务,实现卫生医疗保险、药品监督管理、计划生育、公安、民政等部门之间的信息共享与交流,建立跨系统、跨机构的区域卫生信息系统,依托大数据技术进行智慧大数据智能分析,让居民享受更加便捷、高效、优质、持续的医疗服务和健康管理;增强居民享受医改的意识。
