UIT JBB serves mostly VVIP and Zero Down Time area, besides High-voltage Consumers and regular consumers.Because of the service performance to customers becomes the main concern for UIT JBB, the work program must also in line with these objectives. But, the problem is in the planning of the work program itself, especially when planning the asset replacement.The current replacement planning for PT PLN (Persero) is conducted by referring to the Director Decree No. 149.K/DIR/2013 about The Replacement Criteria of The Substation Equipment which is considering the technical condition, age, and risk (environmental condition). Because there are constraints in terms of the availability of data and information about the condition of the installed equipment, the attention of annual work program is only about on the equipment which has old age and anomalies. This causes a lot of equipment will be in the replacement proposal.Therefore, to improve the service performance to stakeholder, UIT JBB makes a method in prioritizing the replacement or treatment based on the asset condition and also the substation criticality. The substation criticality is made by considering on the area or consumer that supplied by the substation according to the criteria of the UIT JBB’s stakeholder. While the asset condition themselves are obtained through the result of the combination of health index and susceptibility index. Where the health index is describing the readiness of the asset which can be obtained from maintenance results, meanwhile susceptibility index is the external factors that can be affecting the vulnerability of the equipment.This paper will discuss the method used in prioritizing the work program, especially the transformer replacement.
