Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze how job training and interpersonal Communication influence job satisfaction at PT Musi Hutan Persada. Job training is an effort to increase employee knowledge, while interpersonal Communication is a process of delivering messages that allows everyone to capture information directly, both verbally and nonverbally.
