Abstract

Policy decision is an external driving factor for cyclic economy. Under the perspective of global value chain, the subjects of the interested parties are the cyclic economy enterprises and the government is responsible for supervision. In the development process of enterprises, the cyclic economy industry cluster development mode is the important link for development, which has an important position in the environmentally-friendly and resource conservation development goal of Chinese economy, and is among the urgent problems which need to be solved. 基于博弈论的循环经济产业集群发展模式
政策决策是循环经济的外部驱动因素。在全球价值链的视角下,利益相关者的主体是循环经济企业,政府负责监管。在企业的发展过程中,循环经济产业集群发展模式是重要的发展环节,在中国经济的环境友好型和资源节约型发展目标中具有重要地位,是亟待解决的问题之一。本文基于博弈分析方法,建立了循环经济产业集群发展模式下企业与政府的关系模型,并对政府驱动下的循环经济创新过程进行博弈分析,从而从理论角度研究循环经济发展模式下循环经济企业与负责监管的政府之间的关系。最后,在模型建立和分析结果的基础上,提出了加强循环经济产业集群发展的合理建议。
