It is the process that generates the most number of consults in the sanitary system not surprising that generate enormous economic and social prices. The low back pain is the most common kind of back pain, enlarging with the age since the infancy; the prevalence in the adolescence is much seemed to it found in adults. This situation they are they have carried out activities of prevention and processing increasingly more efficient and directed mainly to the adult population. The implementation of educational programs of primary prevention in early ages has done itself also necessary and recommendable. With children and adolescents have been carried out preventive intervention programs in the school, suitable place for these activities. The programs are designed to enlarge the knowledge o f this population with respect to the general health of the back by means of interventions with theory and practice.
