Knowledge and skills are acquired and developed through theory and practical experience, while some specific skills are a starting feature that an individual has or does not have. Abstract

The approach to management as a set of specificity means is that organizations will work better if people in leadership positions have certain traits. Practical but essential task of leaders is to create new approaches and find new areas to explore. The hypothesis underlying this procedure is that the personality traits of leaders have a major impact on increasing their effectiveness and efficiency in the textile industry in Serbia.
