Abstract

The Tug navicular technique is generally used in any problem of the foot, which is important for posture, and for the treatment of ascending lesions arising in the foot. The aim is to correct external rotation of the navicular bone. For this technique to be effective, its indications and contraindications should be taken into account to determine its suitability and a correct prior diagnosis is essential.
