However, the use of educational technology tools needs to be explored in order to take advantage of the enormous advantages they provide in teaching and learning. The study combines both quantitative and qualitative methods for collecting information on the use of technology in teaching and learning. The aim of the study is therefore to analyse the situation with regard to the use of educational technology tools in the practice of a foreign language, which will make the practice of a foreign language dynamic and interactive, and students better prepare for this ever-changing world we live in. This paper has attempted to present the current situation of the use educational technology tools in teaching EFL. The findings of this case study show that educators do not use technological tools to teach EFL because they do not have enough facilities to incorporate them in the EFL classroom.
