La démarche qualité (ISO 9002). Application à un service biomédical Deuxième partie

Abstract

In the first part of this article, published in RBM No 2,. 1999 (April), the stakes of quality management in a hospital biomedical department were undefined In the second part, published here, the notions of norms, traceability, criticity, and safety management are defined. It takes into consideration the procedures to be implemented in order to control the monitoring of measurement equipments and the writing and approval of decumentation. The third part to be published in RBM No. 7 will deal with the practical implementation of quality management procedures until the obtention of ISO 9000 certification namely the control of the system year N+1, the involvement of the managing team, and the conformity year N+2.

La première partie de cet article a été publiée dans le n∘ 2 (avril 1999) de RBM. Il soulignait les enjeux d'une démarche qualité dans le cadre d'un service biomédical hospitalier. Dans ce numéro, la 2^e partie définit les notions de norme, de traçabilité. de criticité, de sûreté de fonctionnement, et aborde la méthodologie à mettre en œuvre de la maîtrise des équipements de contrôle de mesure et d'essais à la maîtrise de la rédaction et l'approbation des documents. La troisième partie à paraître dans le n∘ 7 de RBM 99 conclura sur la réalisation pratique de la démarche qualité jusqu'à la certification ISO 9000, en particulier la maîtrise du système année N+1 et l'engagement de la direction et la conformité, année N+2.
