The study also showed that early childhood educators require support for practical workshops on contemporary pedagogies to provide teaching effectively. Consequently, education and training allow educators to give kids a top-notch education. As a result, it can be said that training and development empower educators to give kids a top-notch education. It was suggested that the government hold educator training programs regularly, among other things. Abstract
