Laser therapy contributed to more rapid reduction of wound defect (17.4 %) compared to patients after traditional treatment (11.1 %); it reduced the period of transition to inflammatory-regenerative changes, promoted a smaller number of high amputations of lower limbs from 14 to 6 % as well as shortened the length of hospital stay by 11.2 days.Conclusion. 激光治疗糖尿病足的疗效观察

目的:比较激光治疗与传统方法治疗糖尿病下肢化脓性坏死病变的疗效。材料和方法。本文回顾性分析了76例糖尿病患者下肢化脓性坏死病变的治疗结果。患者分为两组。第一组(主要)34例患者，采用传统治疗方法同时进行静脉激光血液照射和局部激光治疗;第二组(对照组)42例患者仅接受传统治疗。与传统治疗(11.1%)相比，激光治疗有助于更快地减少伤口缺损(17.4%);缩短了向炎症再生转变的时间，使下肢高位截肢率从14%减少到6%，住院时间缩短了11.2天。激光治疗糖尿病足患者加速清洁和减少伤口面积，允许在较短的时间内减少或消除炎症过程比传统治疗。
