Abstract

Abstract In the present work, numerical investigations are conducted with 22 % cut segmental baffle heat exchanger (SB), 20°, 30°, and 40° helical baffles shell and tube heat exchangers (STHX) to estimate the overall heat transfer coefficient (OHTC), pressure drop (PD) and friction factor.
