Abstract

Dynamic filling experiments using HepG2 tumor cells are performed for observing the attachment behavior novelly in fractal microchannels. A PDMS microchannel mimicking the capillary blood vessel with fractal configuration is fabricated by the gelatin salt-out technique and the PDMS soft lithography.
