Electromagnetic emission data from a simulation experiment referred to in the article cannot be depended on because some of the data was acquired from incorrect techniques taking place within the research. This has caused the author to reach incorrect conclusions and the experiment cannot be reproduced as published. The Editor and author have subsequently agreed to retract the article.
