In the current study, a data sample of 392 was collected from different govt and private sectors and used the parceling item method for measurement and structural modeling for the best results. Abstract

This research investigates the relationships among proactive personality, job stress, and job satisfaction. Organizations are mostly considered people who are more actively performing their tasks and can take the initiative to change overall performance.
