The videos recorded in the two testing phases and the two rating scales were used as tools for the assessment of technical execution. The study participants were 12 girls aged between 9 and 10 years. The training programme was implemented from September 2021 to July 2022, involved three training lessons per week and included daily 10-minute viewings of technical execution. The results of the athletes participating in the research highlighted progress in both the technical execution at all moments established by the rating scales and the performance achieved in the two tests.
