آليات تطبيق المضامين التربوية للأوراق النقاشية الملكية في الجامعات الأردنية من وجهة نظر الخبراء التربويين = Mechanisms of Applying the Educational Implications of the Royal Papers in the Jordanian Universities from the Perspective of the Educational Experts

Abstract

The study sought to determine the availability degree of the educational implications in the royal papers and proposing the application mechanisms of these implications in the Jordanian Universities from the educational experts' perspectives. The study adopted the qualitative approach and the descriptive approach. The study community members' opinions were reviewed (members of the Higher Education Council, members of the council of education, Colleges deans at the University of Jordan).With regard to the educational implications, the interview results indicate the high availability of these educational implications within the royal paper, and that the most important implications found in the discussion papers are the establishment of the culture of dialogue, negotiation, respecting opinions and differing in perspectives, as well as building the human capabilities, developing the educational process, The study showed that the application mechanisms of the royal papers educational implications in the Jordanian universities require the development of a solid work plan to employ the financial and human resources, as well as setting a map that defines the methods that needs to be applied, providing the qualified professors, and making available the material resources from laboratories and tools. Based on the findings of the study, it recommends: the importance of including the strategic and executive plans for the universities, the most important implications included in the discussion papers.
