Management of Papilla Penetrating Frenum Using Z-plasty Technique - A Case Report

Abstract

Frenectomy is a surgical procedure that is commonly used to address issues related to the frenulum which can affect speech and can cause midline diastema which looks unesthetic. Z-plasty is a modification of the standard frenectomy procedure to reposition the frenulum and improve outcomes.
